A total of 785 workers lost their job between January and March this year, according to information given in parliament yesterday. Education and labour minister Louis Galea said 345 workers lost their job in January, 240 in February and 200 in March.

Education and labour minister Louis Galea said 345 workers lost their job in January, 240 in February and 200 in March. He told Labour MP Evarist Bartolo that 297 of the dismissed workers were under 25 years old.
