Swieqi traffic

The traffic mirror in Swieqi valley, that is, the one at the bottom of Triq is-Swieqi, just before the road connects to the valley itself on the way uphill to San Gwann, has been missing from its frame for quite some time now.

Perhaps steps have already been taken to have it replaced but can't the job be done soon (with a capital "s")?

Triq is-Sidra has become something of a nightmare to drive through because it is not a one-way street. Traffic is heavy on it at certain times of the day; moreover, even when the traffic flow eases the street is not wide enough to allow two-way traffic, with cars parked on both sides of the road.

Road courtesy is lacking with many of those who drive fast along Triq is-Sidra and very often it is dangerous to leave our carport when very few drivers care to give way.

A one-way Triq is-Sidra would be a blessing.
