As i often write, i would much rather praise suppliers than focus on shortcomings related to bad service. Indeed I have been encouraging traders to adopt the philosophy of looking at a complaint or a bad situation as an opportunity to make a positive impact on the customer (complainant) whereby his or her impression of the supplier is better than it would have been had the bad situation never happened in the first place.
In this spirit, this week I take the opportunity to compliment and thank Thomas Dimech, manager, Juniors Fun And Learn Centre, Naxxar Road, San Gwann, on his excellent customer orientation. Without going into detail the complainant, Mrs Farrugia, informed me that Mr Dimech resolved the case to her satisfaction. However what really matters is the fact that she is still, and intends to remain, Thomas Dimech's customer.
