Two teenage boys have been conditionally discharged for a year for theft.

An 18-year-old Mosta boy pleaded guilty to stealing several objects from Ghadira Bay in Mellieha on July 1, 2003, and driving without a licence or insurance cover. He was also fined Lm25.

In a separate case, a 17-year-old Iklin boy admitted to stealing two mobile phones worth Lm330 from Save and Smile Supermarket in Mosta on November 7, 2003.

Inspectors Pio Pisani and Chris Pullicino prosecuted.
