Road signs

Mid-morning on April 27, a road sign reading "No access to Old College Street" was very wisely placed at the corner of Old College Street where it meets busy Tower Road.

Some advance warning to traffic!

And why does one need binoculars to read the road signs on the Regional Road from a reasonable distance?
