¤ The 41st Diocesan Congress of the Holy Name Society is being held in Zebbug today.

At 8.30 a.m., Bishop Nikol Cauchi will lead a concelebrated Mass at the parish church, with the participation of the Santa Marija Choir.

The Victoria Scout Group will lead a cortege with the statue of the Good Shepherd, accompanied by the Santa Marija Band, from the niche dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for Assumption Square at 5 p.m.

¤ A car and motorcycle exhibition is being held at Villa Rundle Public Gardens in Victoria today.

¤ A car boot sale, in aid of the Friends of the Sick and the Elderly, is being held at Marsalforn car park today from 9 a.m. Entrance is Lm3 per car.

¤ Today the Gozo Amateur Athletic Association is holding its 29th sports marathon, in collaboration with Xaghra council.

Sponsored by San Michel Mineral Water, Xaghra council and the Gozo Ministry, half the marathon, which leaves Xaghra at 9.30 a.m., will pass through Marsalforn, Victoria, Sannat, Xewkija, Ghajnsielem, Qala and Nadur. The event will also include eight-mile races.

¤ Lara Croft Tomb Raider the Cradle of Life, is being shown at the Don Bosco Oratory in Victoria today at 5.30 p.m.

¤ An evening of fashion is being held by the Leone Band Club, in collaboration with La Femme Boutique, during a dinner at the Calypso Hotel, Marsalforn, on May 8 from 8 p.m. onwards.
