New telephone directory

The new telephone directory has been published and once again it does not show the postcode. I wonder how Maltacom/Maltapost expect the public to indicate the postcode when mailing correspondence.

As expected, I went through the pages to check my entry for correctness and was utterly disappointed to find out that I was lumped with quite a few mistakes.

My main telephone number was left out. The number indicated next to my name is that of my second line, which I use only for the fax.

My late husband's name is included and this, after more than three years after his demise; and also, after sending a copy of his death certificate on their request following my application to have the service transferred from his name to mine.

Checking also the telefax section, I found out that my late husband is wrongly addressed.

This will cause me inconvenience which I will have to suffer until a new directory is published.

I feel that subscribers deserve better treatment for the money they pay.
