Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort Pastry Chefs Chris Zammit and Kevin Borg achieved outstanding results in the recent Salon Culinaire International de Londres. Chris Zammit was awarded two silver medals in the Miniatures category and Works in Pastillage. He was also awarded the prestigious Best In Class award in pastillage works.

Kevin Borg participated in the Works in Fat category and won a gold medal.
