Nominations will be received, up to noon tomorrow, for the election of nine members of the executive committee of the University of Malta Academic Staff Association (UMASA).

Only nominations on the appropriate nomination forms will be accepted. These can be obtained from the members of the electoral committee indicated below.

The elections will be held on April 27 and 28.

The nominations are to be sent to Dr Roderick Pace, EDRC, University of Malta. Only members of UMASA can be nominated and their proponent and seconder must also be UMASA members.

Members of the electoral committee are Dr Pace, Joe Caruana (Institute of Linguistics) and Dr Chris Staff (Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence).
