Having just heard the first "address to the nation" by our new Prime Minister, I would like to point out that I intend helping him, as to tourism requirements etc., as I have done with others in the past.

Unfortunately, whenever I wrote to the health authorities, the Commissioner of Police and St Julians local council about irregularities in and around the residential areas of Paceville, the buck was passed from one to the other with no action taken.

May I, through the medium of this newspaper, ask Dr Gonzi to draw officials' attention to the fact that they should answer all letters and, if the content is not for their office to deal with, then to indicate the responsible office (copying them in) to contact so that a further letter requesting action can be forwarded.

While on the subject it would also be appreciated if St Julians local council were informed that even the residential area of Paceville falls under their domain.
