A Holy Week statue exhibition is being held at the Immaculate Conception Oratory and will be open till Easter Sunday, April 11. It is open Monday to Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m., on Sundays from 9.30 to noon and 4 to 9 p.m., on Maundy Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m. and from 9.30 a.m. to noon and from 4 to 10.30 p.m. on Good Friday.

Rabat

An exhibition on the Passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is being held at 46, College Street, from Friday to April 10. The exhibition will be open on weekdays from 5.30 to 8 p.m., on Sunday from 8.30 a.m. to noon and from 4.30 to 8 p.m., on Maundy Thursday from 9.30 a.m. to noon and from 7.30 to 11 p.m., on Good Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 4.30 to 8 p.m. and on April 10 from 9.30 a.m. to noon and from 5 to 7 p.m.

A Last Supper display is being held at the Domus Pius IX in Matty Grima Street. Open from Friday to Sunday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. to 10 p.m., from April 5 to 10 from 8.30 a.m. to late at night, and on Easter Sunday from 8.30 a.m. to noon.

The Carmelite altarboys, in collaboration with the Biblical Group, are holding a Holy Week exhibition at the parish centre. The exhibition will be open from 7.15 to 8.30 p.m. on April 5 and 6, from 7.30 to 8.30 p.m. on April 7, from 7 to 8.30 a.m. and 8 to 8.30 p.m. on Maundy Thursday, and 7.30 to 12.30 p.m. on Good Friday.

A Last Supper exhibition is being held at the old parish church of Our Saviour on April 7 from 7.30 p.m., on Maundy Thursday from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Good Friday from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Plays

Qormi

Miet Ghalina, a three-act play by Silvio Fleri Soler, is being presented for the sixth consecutive year by the Ghaqda Qawmien, in collaboration with the local council, at the Holy Family Oratory on Saturday at 7.30 p.m. Tickets at Lm1 each for adults and 75c for children may be obtained from Michael Household on F. Maepel Square or from il-Musbieh Nisrani in Main Street.

Gharghur

Maskri, a play on the life and Passion of Christ (right), is being presented by Dwal Godda on the parish church parvis on Sunday at 4.30 p.m., followed by a procession in the village streets.

St Julian's

The Passion drama Bin Alla, is being held at the parish church on Saturday at 7.30 p.m. A live re-enactment of the Last Supper is being held at the Oratory on April 8 from 8.30 to 10.30 p.m. and on Good Friday from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Tickets, at 25c each, from the door.
