Exhibition by Henry Alamango

Maltese artist Henry Alamango is holding an exhibition, titled Retreats and Havens, at the Banca Giuratale, Independence Square, Victoria, from tomorrow to April 1.

Featuring 30 paintings, rendered in subtle watercolour tones, the exhibition is an expression of what Gozo means to visitors who, like the artist, share a lifelong love affair with the island while conveying a sense of serenity.

Alamango's works also represent a cross-section of the Gozitan scene, ranging from familiar landscapes to quaint corners and marine subjects.
