President Guido de Marco has been conferred with the Membership of Honour and Insignia of the Valencian Association of Graduates and Doctors in Journalism.

In an address, he expressed deepest condolences and solidarity with the Spanish people and the families of the victims for last week's terrorist attacks in Madrid. He said that "through terrorism it is all of humanity that suffers, for it seeks to destroy those values which are so dear to us".

President de Marco yesterday met Francisco Camps Ortiz, president of the Generalitat of Valencia, and the Archbishop and the mayor of Valencia.
