Drugs found on 17-year-old

The police drugs squad arrested a 17-year-old girl after finding her in possession of 150 grams of cannabis resin.

The arrest was made in Paceville on Friday night after the police observed the movement of a number of persons.

Magistrate Miriam Hayman appointed court experts to help her in her inquiry. The girl is to be arraigned in court shortly.

Investigations are being headed by Inspector Norbert Ciappara.
