Chefs for Budapest
The Malta national team of chefs will be in Budapest, Hungary, from Wednesday to March 24 to compete in an international competition in preparation for the WACS World Culinary Olympics being held in Erfurt, Germany, in October.
The team members and officials going to Hungary are Kevin Arpa, Paul Borg, Kevin Bonello, Mark Gauci, Ronnie Caruana, Joe Vella, Mario Xuereb and Andrea Bonaci. Team manager Joseph Vella is going to Moscow where he has been invited to judge a national competition to choose the Russian Chef of the Year.
