Italian Ambassador Alvise Memmo and Rosanna Cravenna, director of the Italian Cultural Institute, on behalf of the Italian government, donated over 60 Italian books and accompanying cassettes to state secondary schools and Junior Lyceums.

The director general at the Education Division, Cecilia Borg, who received the books on behalf of the Maltese government, said the donation was another sign of the exceptionally friendly relations between Malta and Italy.
