Obituary
CONTI. On March 8, at St Luke's Hospital, ANTHONY, aged 85, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Gladys, his daughters Elizabeth and Angie, granddaughters Naomi and fiancé Martin Tabone, Mandy and husband Patrick Nicholl, and Jazmin. - R.I.P. The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for Naxxar parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.45 a.m. followed by interment in the family vault at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to St Patrick's, Sliema, or Ursuline Sisters.
DOGGETT-WILLIAMS. On March 7, at St Luke's Hospital, JOSEPH of Sliema, passed peacefully away. Beloved husband to Annie for 62 years, father to Doris, Carmel, Josephine, Peter (deceased), Phillip, Mary and John, 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. We will miss you dearly. The funeral service will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. at Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema. You were a man passionate about your love for God, family and fellow human beings. You were blessed with a beauty of mind and body and taught us faith, courage, compassion and forgiveness. Words cannot express how much we will miss your sense of humour and mischief, your warm hugs and kisses. Our heavy hearts are lightened to know that you have left this earthly world for a higher place and to know that you are looking over us, resting in peace in the palms of His hands. Dad, goodbye. We all love you dearly.
SCIBERRAS. On March 8, at St Luke's Hospital, JOHN SCIBERRAS, of Birkirkara, aged 71, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his devoted wife Lina née Paris, his beloved mother Luigia, his brothers and sisters, Joseph and his wife Josephine, Rose and her husband Bruno, Manuel widower of Josephine, Mary, Tony and his wife Lourdes, and Helen and her husband Carm and their respective families, his brother-in-law John Paris and his wife Gemma and their family, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P. Mass praesente cadavere will be said tomorrow at 2.15 p.m. at St Francis church, Birkirkara, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza and Hospice Movement will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.

Anniversary Oratorio
St Gregory's parish in Sliema and its St Gregory Musical Society are commemorating the 1,400th anniversary of the death of St Gregory the Great with an oratorio in the parish church on Friday at 7.30 p.m.
Taking part will be soprano Marita Bezzina, tenor Joseph Aquilina, baritone Alfred Camilleri, the Mirabitur choir under the direction of Simone Attard, and St Gregory's band, under the direction of Raymond Zammit.
Discalced Carmelites Conference

Church Models Exhibition
Persons interested in participating in this year's exhibition of church models, statues and sacred objects organised by the Christ the King parish in Paola are to submit exhibits at the parish hall in Church Avenue on Monday and Tuesday next week between 4 and 8 p.m.
Party Proceeds
A party organised by Veronica Zammit Tabona and David Grima of the Friends of Cini Home at Villa Chappelle recently raised Lm3,000 for the Cini Home, Equal Partners Foundation and the Malta Hospice Movement.
Crafts Exhibition
The Ghaqda Filantropika Talent Mosti is holding an arts and crafts exhibition by workers at Maltacom at the Razzett tal-Markiz Mallia Tabone in Wied il-Ghasel Street, Mosta. The exhibition is open until March 20 between 6 and 9 p.m.
