The parliamentary secretary in the Finance and Economic Affairs Ministry, Edwin Vassallo, said a programme of activities was being organised to mark World Day of Consumer Rights on March 15.

He was speaking when he distributed letters of appointment to the newly appointed Consumers' Council.

The council members are Benny Borg Bonello, Barbara Buttigieg, Anthony T. Camilleri, Carmen Delia, Joseph Mallia, Paul Micallef, Adrian Muscat Inglott and Marcel Pizzuto.
