Mathematics and chemistry
During the past week, Professor Ivan Gutman from the University of Kragujevac, Serbia and Montenegro gave three lectures which were of particular interest to mathematics, chemistry and pharmacy students. The lectures dealt with the history of the interplay between mathematics and chemistry, applications of graph spectral theory in chemistry and chemical applications of graph theory.
