The European Access Network has just signed a sponsorship agreement with Acrosslimits, an e-business solutions provider based in Malta.
The EAN is the only European-wide, non-governmental organisation for widening participation in higher education. It is organised for educational purposes and operates under English legislation.
Its membership is open to all those with an interest in widening access to higher education. The primary purpose of the sponsorship agreement with Acrosslimits is to have a reciprocal arrangement for the re-design and maintenance of the EAN website by Acrosslimits, in return for the publicity of Acrosslimits by the European Access Network.
The agreement - which is for a minimum period of two years - was signed by the rector of the University of Malta, Roger Ellul-Micallef, who is the current president of EAN, EAN executive director Irving Mitchell and Acrosslimits director Angèle Giuliano.
