The Malta Environment and Planning Authority yesterday approved a development application by Angelo Xuereb on behalf of Royal Hotels Ltd for minor internal and external alterations to Verdala Mansions in Rabat.

The Development Control Commission had recommended approval of the alterations subject to a number of conditions.
