A magistrate yesterday upheld 22 electoral applications filed by the Labour Party during a sitting in which 102 applications were scheduled to be heard. During the sitting, presided over by Magistrate Antonio Mizzi, the MLP withdrew 39 applications while the remaining 41 applications were put off to March 3.
