The Capuchin Fathers will be marking the 50th anniversary of their presence in Ghajn Dwieli, Paola, with a performance of a newly-composed oratorio at St Anthony's church in Ghajn Dwieli on Friday at 7.15 p.m.

The oratorio was written for the occasion by Carmel Bianchi and the music was composed by Tony Pace. It will be performed by the Sine Macula choir of Safi and by mezzo-soprano Marie Threse Vassallo, soprano Joanne Mifsud, tenor Arthur Micallef and bass Alfred Camilleri, conducted by Mro Pace himself. The oratorio will be under the patronage of Archbishop Mercieca and everyone is invited.
