Bank of Valletta is installing new software in all its Cashlink ATMs starting with its ATM at the Strand, Sliema.

The software, which incorporates a completely new customer interface, has been designed by BoV employees. A major advantage is the enhanced user friendliness of the interface, which now also incorporates audio features.

The audio element combines with a more sophisticated graphic interface to guide customers through the range of services that can be accessed through this service delivery channel.

Bank of Valletta's ATMs attract more than half a million users every month. Cashlink ATMs used in conjunction with other BoV 24x7 delivery channels, including Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Call Centre Banking and the recently launched Mobile Banking, provide the customer with a complete solution for his day-to-day banking needs without having to visit a branch of the bank.

It is envisaged that BoV will complete the upgrading of all its ATMs to the new platform by the end of the year. The bank also intends to continue to add new functionalities to enhance the customer's experience.
