The Manoel Theatre will provide plenty of laughs as from this weekend when Masquerade Theatre Company stages the irresistible comedy Noises Off.
Written by Michael Frayn, Noises Off is a blend of all the classic comedy elements, namely mistaken identity, door slamming and effortless timing.
This utterly witty comedy follows the on- and off-stage antics of a touring company as they stumble from dress rehearsal to the disastrous last night of the comedy.
Masquerade's production of this award-winning comedy classic is being directed by Anthony Bezzina.
Performing in this farce are Alan Montanaro, Rowena Grima, Kevin Drake, Coryse Borg, Ben Stuart, Faye Cachia Zammit, Marc Spiteri, Rachel Darmanin Demajo and Jean Pierre Agius.
The rotating set, which also plays an important part as the chaos behind the scenes unfolds, will be in the hands of Peter Howitt.
The play is being staged between this Friday and Sunday and on February 6, 7, and 8.
