Lottery Winner

Joe Costa of Sta Venera has won a Sharp TV set given in the monthly lottery organised by Flamingo Tool Centre and co-sponsored by Britannia Tours and the Grand Prix Inc. of Bay Street. St Julians. Paul Bezzina won a Lm20 voucher.

Lecturers Wanted

Mtarfa local council is calling for persons from the locality who are competent to teach to inform it of their qualifications and subject areas so that they could be contacted directly when lecturers for courses organised by the council are required.

Church Seminar

The Church is to hold a morning seminar on January 31 to discuss a draft document prepared by the Pastoral Commission, Persons with Disability entitled Towards an inclusive Church. The seminar is open to persons with disability, their families and all interested in the sector.

The draft document was prepared in line with the outcome of the recently-concluded Diocesan Synod.

Entrance for the seminar will be from a door opposite the Argotti Gardens, which is accessible to persons with disability.
