Dr Karl Gwinnutt, consultant anaesthetist at Hope Hospital, Manchester, who will shortly be visiting the Department of Surgery, will give a public lecture on "Current Concepts in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" tomorrow at 7 p.m. Dr Gwinnutt will also lecture medical students on "Management of the Trauma Patient" tomorrow at 1 p.m. while on Tuesday at 7 p.m. the subject of a specialist lecture to anaesthetists will be "Anaesthesia for total hip replacement surgery".

All lectures will be held in the conference hall of the Medical School, Guardamangia.
