A Qormi man was fined Lm200 for allowing people under 16 to enter a Paceville outlet licensed in his name. Johann Schembri, 27, pleaded guilty to allowing minors into Snooker Hall on January 18 last year. Police Inspector Mario Tonna prosecuted.
