The Fortina Spa Resort at Tignè has introduced the latest multimedia interactive entertainment system to all its rooms.

The system, Multimedis Channel, was provided by Media Satellite World Wide Ltd.

The in-room service uses top-of-the-range Philips, Loewe or Bang and Olufsen commercial televisions to offer guests 15 movies through either pay per view access, or video on demand.

The system also allows for a guest messaging service, a wake up facility and messaging for maintenance calls and room status information direct to reception.

The system can also be used for mini-bar stocking on a daily basis.

It is anticipated that in the near future the Fortina spa resort will expand the system to include internet messaging in all rooms using infra red keyboards and in spa rooms and suites and plug-in high speed business internet access.
