The Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort and the Coastline Hotel, both Island Hotels Group properties, have been awarded three prestigious customer service awards by three respective international companies.
The Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort has been awarded the coveted Gold Crown Award by RCI, for the seventh consecutive year. The resort was also recently awarded a Gold Award from leading tour operator First Choice, for achieving high customer service results from clients.
These latest two awards bring the tally of customer service awards presented to the staff of the Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort up to 30 since it commenced operations in 1997.
The Coastline Hotel was awarded a Gold Award from TUI UK. This award is the 20th Gold Medal received by the Coastline from one of the largest UK tour operators.
Effectively, the Coastline has been given a Gold Medal by Thomson every season since it opened its doors for business nine years ago. Over the nine-year period, the Coastline has also been awarded the Overall Gold Award for the best four-star hotel in the TUI UK programme three times.
