A study of business travellers conducted by Lieberman Research Worldwide for Westin Hotels & Resorts found that working out on the road is an excellent way to relieve stress. However, many respondents said hotels do not offer adequate fitness facilities for travellers.

Westin in North America has partnered with Reebok to introduce the "WestinWORKOUT (SM) Powered by Reebok".

The Westin Dragonara in Malta has a state-of-the-art fitness centre equipped with the latest machines, a large heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi and also offers several aerobic and yoga classes.
