Labour leader Alfred Sant yesterday presented a selection of books he has written to Vittoriosa mayor John Boxall. The books - some of which are seen here - will be placed at the regional library, which is managed by the local council and the Public Libraries Department. During the presentation, Dr Sant said he was impressed by the high quality of books at the regional library.
