A taste of 'Malta' in Nigeria
The names of familiar places sometimes crop up in the most unusual of locations.
The name Malta is quite popular in Nigeria where Guinness, the famous brewers, market a non-alcoholic stout called Malta because of its malt content.
The logo of the Malta beer carries the legend Goodness, Energy and Vitality. A beer mat promoting the beverage carries the line "Have you had your Malta Guinness today?"
