Hilton Malta fared well at the annual Malta Culinary Association Competition held at the New Dolmen Hotel, in Qawra. Apart from winning several medals in all categories - six gold, 18 silver and eight bronze - Hilton also won the Manuel Zarb Trophy for the best overall pastry and best junior chef.
