On a positive note

I would like to show my appreciation to New Millennium Computer Superstores of Giuseppe Grech Street, San Gwann; fax 2138-4197, e-mail sales@nmsuperstores.com for their service and advice.

I bought the latest six-in-one card reader for my digital video camera but it transpired that it was not compatible with my computer. I referred the matter to the company and explained my problem.

Although I was not given my money back, they offered to resell it for me. Indeed they sold it in a relatively short time and at a fairly good price.

While thanking New Millennium for their after-sales service gesture, I wish you more success in your weekly column. (Joseph Urry)
