Plant for a car

I would like to point out to Sliema local council and the wardens concerned that the wardens who endlessly patrol the Sliema/Tigné area constantly seem to close an eye to what happens near a certain bar in Tigné Street.

The bar owner conveniently and persistently plonks a huge plant outside his bar, directly on a normal, white lined, very precious parking space.

I have noticed this for months on end. Is it possible that nobody has realised that this person is conveniently keeping this space free for delivery/business purposes? I must also thank the owner, as occasionally, when in a hurry and desperate to park, I get out of the car, move the heavy plant and just park my car.

I am sure everyone goes through the same frustrating experience on a daily basis, whether or not one is a Sliema resident. Therefore, I am kindly requesting whoever has the authority to rectify this matter immediately.
