The Nationalist Party congratulated leader Eddie Fenech Adami for winning the Achiever of the Year and European of the Year titles.

"This is a worthy recognition for the Maltese prime minister who, throughout his long political career, has worked incessantly to make Malta a modern and European country," it said.

The PN said the titles were an honour for Dr Fenech Adami, the country and the population.

Messages of congratulation were also received from the Malta Union of Midwives and Nurses and from the PN youth section, the MZPN.
