Malta GC... don't lose your identity! Be proud to be Maltese.

Who are the people who want to drop GC from the title? Why do they want this? Are those that want it dropped, not proud of their heritage and nation? What other country in the world has such a privilege?

The bravery of the Maltese nation is well documented world-wide. It reminds us all of the sacrifices that people made, to be free from tyrannical rule by fascist loonies.

I first came to Malta in 1975; I have come back time and time again, and I am not alone, millions of us come to Malta, partly because of the heritage and pride of the nation... Keep the medal on your flag!

I am English and I was born some years after the events that hit Malta in the 1940s.

Nonetheless, I am proud of your nation and what your nation all stood up to for so long. Can you forget what your parents did, for the freedom of the world, so easily? If so, you really should be ashamed of yourselves. Try going to a few history lessons and learn about what really happened. It just might change your minds.
