Dog suffers burns
An injured Tal-Fenek dog was picked up from near Ghar Hasan, limits of Birzebbuga, by Freddie Fenech of the Association of Abandoned Animals on Tuesday.
Mr Fenech said the dog was suffering from burns on its tail and back side. It has since been operated upon by a veterinarian with expenses to be paid by the association.
