The Mediterranean Bank Network and the European Savings Banks Group, the sister organisation of the World Savings Banks Institute, are co-organising an international financial services conference entitled Impact of the Euro-Mediterranean Integration Process on the Financial Services Industry in the Mediterranean Region, at the Hotel InterContinental on November 27 and 28.
Among the keynote speakers is Nikolaus Siegfried, economist in charge of Mediterranean Arab countries within the European Central Bank.
Dr Siegfried will be delivering a presentation on financial and economic links between the Mediterranean region and the euro area.
