Charged with handling stolen phones

Two men were yesterday charged with handling Lm1,000 worth of stolen mobile phones on and before January 2002. Michael Bonnici, 46, of Qormi and Glen Vassallo, 27, of Qawra pleaded not guilty to the charge. Police Inspector David Saliba prosecuted.
