The final night of the Malta Tourism Authority's international choir festival will be held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, in Valletta today at 7 p.m.
Four choirs of the initial 13 taking part in this year's festival will be competing for the coveted first prize of €5,000 and a trophy designed by Maltese artist Paul Haber.
Three judges from Wales, Malta and the Czech Republic are on the adjudicating panel, which is chaired by the festival's music advisor John Galea.
YADA Dance Company will be performing a 25-minute dance programme while the judges are deliberating.
As a grand finale, the four choirs that reach the finals will perform this year's test piece: Pater Noster by the Maltese composer Joseph Sammut.
Tickets at Lm5 are available from the Mediterranean Conference Centre one hour before the performance.
