Air Malta has renewed its support to heritage organisation Fondazzjoni Patrimonju Malti for a second three-year term running from 2003 to 2005.

The foundation's executive chairman, Maurice de Giorgio, said the funds provided by Air Malta would be used in its current major project, that of restoring Palazzo Falson in Mdina.

Also being restored are Palazzo Falson's numerous outstanding collections of almost 4,000 items and a library of 4,500 important books. It is hoped that the project will be inaugurated in late 2004.
