Dolmen Properties plc said yesterday its Lm3 million six per cent bond issue had been heavily oversubscribed and was now closed.

The company has opted to exercise the over-allotment option to increase the bond issue to Lm4.7 million.

The issue closed one-and-a-half hours after the opening of subscription lists. It had been meant to close on November 12.

The issue was underwritten by HSBC Bank Malta and the bank also acted as manager, registrar and trustee. Azzopardi Investment Management Ltd and HSBC Stockbrokers (Malta) Ltd acted as co-sponsoring stockbrokers.
