The student organisation Pulse yesterday expressed its sorrow over the tragedy at St Francis of Assisi secondary school in Sta Venera in which 14-year-old Zurrieq student Adrian Borg lost his life.

Pulse said that a similar incident which, fortunately, did not have serious consequences took place at the Junior College football grounds in Msida last week.

The organisation said it had been calling for better sports facilities at the Junior College for more than a year.
