Security guards at St Luke's Hospital have been instructed by the General Workers' Union not do any work in connection with consultants' parking. The directive takes effect at 7 a.m. today.

The union's public services section said it had an industrial dispute with the Health Division over the security rooms at the hospital entrance, arguing for over a year and a half that new ones were needed.
