Fraud charge

A 36-year-old man from Paola was yesterday arraigned on charges of giving false information to an insurance company.

Mark Lawrence Rizzo was charged with having, in May 2002, made a false declaration to Rausi Insurance about a traffic accident.

He was also charged with making a false insurance claim.
