Drug trafficking charges
A Tarxien man was yesterday charged with trafficking in about 500 grammes of cocaine and one kilogramme of heroin.
Simon Galdes, 32, was also charged with the possession of the drugs in circumstances denoting they were not for his personal use and conspiring to deal in the drugs on October 19 and the previous months.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was remanded in custody.
