I refer to the statement by the Department of Health, about certain allergy testing, stating this may not be safe.
I would like to point out that, apart from the medical profession, who are, as a majority, not taught and trained in nutritional issues and allergy testing (so far as I am informed) there are nutritionists who are trained in assessing a person for food intolerances and sensitivities. I say this for the benefit of all those who would like to be absolutely sure of what is good or bad for their health.
I would suggest going to a doctor for skin allergy testing and if necessary to a nutritionist for food allergy testing.
The latter would find what food is not harmful to a person and plan adequate diets to complement their assessments.
