A course aimed at those who are already experienced in sales and negotiation techniques will be held on October 14, 16 and 17. It is a highly interactive, three-day course which will improve the negotiating skills of the participants so they can secure agreements in a cost-effective manner while simultaneously developing and improving business relationships.

This course will also increase students' knowledge of the role that negotiating skills can play in inter-organisation co-operation, internal co-operation, conflict resolution, and developing business relationships as well as more traditional applications such as purchasing and selling products and services.

Ability and aptitude testing (level A) has already been held.

Personality testing (level B) will be held on October 20, 21, 22, 23, 24.

The certificate programmes for human resources, recruitment and training professionals, following the Level A and Level B standards in occupational testing and personality assessment. Successful completion of these courses provides delegates with the opportunity to apply for British Psychological Society Certification.
